Please contact the Oxford Abstracts Support Team in order to add the Online Conference Program feature to your event.


Once created, you will find the Online Conference Program Builder by clicking  Program Builder in the left hand menu of your event dashboard.




The Program Builder screen will open. The window is split into three sections - the Program Configuration, Session Configuration and the Program.

Session Configuration

Dates 


You will need to add at least one date before you can create the program.

To add a a date, click the dark blue +button, add your date from the date picker, then click Save



To remove a date, click the bin icon next to the date you wish to remove then click Save.




Columns 


To add a column, click Columns then the dark blue + button,. Add the column name and press Save.

To remove a column, click the bin icon next to the column name you wish to remove then click Save.

You can drag and drop on the arrows to the left hand of the Column names to re-order.




Locations (optional)



If you wish to change Locations, for your own choice of header, enter it in the field, Locations label. Changes here will be saved automatically.




To add a location, click Locations then the dark blue + button. Add the Location name and press Save.


To remove a location, click on the bin icon next to the Location name and press Save.







Chairs (optional)


If you wish to change Chair, for your own choice of header enter it in the field, Chair label. Changes here will be saved automatically.



To add a Chair, click Chairs then the dark blue + button. Add the Chair name and press Save.


To remove a Chair, click on the bin icon next to the Chair name and press Save.






Tracks (optional) 

If you wish to change Tracks, for your own choice of header, enter it in the field, Tracks label. Changes here will be saved automatically.

To add a track, click Tracks then the dark blue + button. Add the Track name and press Save.


To remove a location, click on the bin icon next to the Track name and press Save.





Presentation types (optional)


If you wish to change Presentation types, for your own choice of header, enter it in the field  Presentation type label. Changes here will be saved automatically.

To add a Presentation type, click  Presentation type then the dark blue + button. Add the Type name and press Save.


To remove a Type name, click on the bin icon next to the Type name and press Save.
