Click on Submission form in the Edit form questions section of the Event dashboard, the Submission form will then be displayed.

Note that all changes are automatically saved.





On each question you can apply 'tags'. These will vary according to the type of question. In the example below, you can see that the Abstract question has two tags - Reviewer and Book.


The tags


Title tag - this tag only appears in the Title question.  If this is ticked, responses to this question will be treated as the title of the abstract, throughout the system. 




Reviewer  tag -   if this is ticked, responses to this question will be shown to the reviewers.

To enable or disable, click on the relevant question, scroll to the bottom and click or unclick the checkbox next to Show reviewer.



Book tag tag -  if this is ticked, responses to this question will be shown in the abstract book.

To enable or disable, click on the relevant question, scroll to the bottom and click or unclick the checkbox next to Include answer in abstract book.


You can also check the Answer required tag -  if you would like the response to the question to be mandatory.



In the form these will be marked with an asterisk.


Category tag - if this is ticked, responses to this question will be treated as the Category. Only 1 Category question is permitted in the submission form.




The question with the Category tag will also automatically prepopulate the Final category question in the Decisions phase.
