Clicking on the Users option in the menu in the event dashboard  allows Account Administrators and Event Administrators  to view, invite/resend invitation or remove event administrators, reviewers, committee members and API users.



There are tabs for each user type . The top half of the screen is where you enter the emails of those you want to assign roles.


Those who have already been assigned to each particular role will appear in the lower half of the screen (see below with existing reviewers).



 If a user has been invited but has not yet registered, only their email will be visible and 'Not registered' will be shown under their email address.  Once they have signed up, their first and last names will be shown and the 'Not registered' text will disappear.



Event Administrators

You can add an invitation message in the top field.

In the bottom field, enter email/s as instructed, then click Invite Event Admins.

If you wish to remove any committee member, just click on the Remove button under the required email address. You can also resend the invitation, if you wish.



Reviewers


In the Reviewers section, enter or paste the email address of the person(s) you wish to invite as a reviewer.  To invite multiple reviewers, list their emails in separate lines.

Please note - this will add the user as a reviewer but not notify them. Administrators trigger this in the emails system, see Viewing, Editing and Sending Emails.

If you wish to remove any reviewer, just click on the Remove button under the required reviewer.




Committee Members

You can edit the text to your requirements in the top field.

Enter or paste the email address of the person(s) you wish to invite as a committee member.  

Clicking Add Without Email will just add the emails in the field to the system.

Clicking Invite Committee Members will add them to the system, and send an automatic notification email.

If you wish to remove any committee member, just click on the Remove button under the required email address. You can also resend the email, if you wish.




API Users


You can edit the text to your requirements in the top field.

Enter or paste the email address of the person(s) you wish to invite as an API user.  


Clicking Invite API Users will add them to the system, and send an automatic notification email.

If you wish to remove an API User, just click on the Remove button under the required email address. You can also resend the email, if you wish.
