Online Conference Program

The Basic service builds a conference timetable with links to the abstracts and lists of abstract titles, authors, presenters, topics and program codes with links to the abstracts.  

Advanced Conference Program

The Advanced service lets you add more unlimited information (e.g. a floorplan)and files (e.g. a floorplan), restrict user access to the abstracts, and other advanced features.  

Multistage Submission

Collect abstracts for different streams (e.g. Research and Clinical) with different separate submission forms, review forms and deadlines.  Alternatively, use multistage for collecting and grading abstracts in stage one, and in the second stage, collecting, grading and deciding on full papers. use multi stage to collect abstracts, get them graded and then request papers on the accepted abstracts and grade the papers. The system is flexible to suit your needs.

Symposium or Panel Submissions

Group abstracts together into a symposium.  You control the information you need to collect and who can contribute to the symposia.   

Show Reviews to Submitters 

This option is available for all modules within your event, including the standard, multi-stage and symposium, depending on your set-up and you can choose precisely which data you wish submitters to view.

Filtered Committee View

With the Filtered Committee module, you can simply assign categories to specific committee members so when they log in to the system, they only view and decide on their assigned categories, saving a lot of admin time, as well as making the process simpler for committee members.

Delegate Registration

Allows your delegates to register for the conference. Full integratation with the abstract submission process. Collect money online via Paypal, credit or debit card or offer the delegates the option of paying by BACS

You can set an unlimited number of fees for the conference with time limits for when the various fees are displayed.  Delegates can choose one of the conference fees and buy tickets for events such as tours or attend workshops.  You can also collect additional information about the delegates such as dietary requirements and additional needs.

Collect money online via Paypal, credit or debit card or offer the delegates the option of paying by BACS via an invoice.  All the information sits alongside the abstract submission data so you can see which abstract submitters are attending your event and which delegates have submitted abstracts.
