When you log into the Oxford Abstracts home page, your first screen is your dashboard, which will show you what roles you have and functions that you have permission to perform. The functions are split into 6 roles - Accounts, Organising, Submitted To, Reviewing, Deciding and Registrations..
Expanding/Shrinking your dashboard
Click on the + or - icons to the right of each role to expand/shrink it. Alternatively, click on 'open all' or 'close all' buttons at the top of the screen to expand or shrink the view of all your roles.
You may not have all 5 roles showing in your dashboard as you will only see the roles relevant to you.
Accounts: If you have been set up as an Account Administrator on the system, you will see a list of clients for which you are an Administrator for in the 'Accounts' section. Click on the client name to view/edit their account and events.
Organising: If you have been set up as an Event Administrator on the system, you will see a list of conferences for which you are an Organiser in the 'Organising' section. Click on 'Go To Event' to view any event for which you are an Administrator.
Submitted To: If you have made submissions to any conference(s), you will see a list of conferences you are a Submitter to. Click the title of any submission to view/edit it. Click 'New Submission' to make a submission to the same conference.
Reviewing: If you have been set up as a Reviewer, you will see a list of conferences for which you are a Reviewer in the 'Reviewing' . Click on 'Download Reviews' to download a .csv file containing the submissions for the selected conference. Click on 'Go To Review to undertake a new review or view any you've already completed.
Deciding: If you have been set up as a Committee Member/Decision Maker, you will see a list of conferences for which you can make decisions in the 'Deciding' Section. Click on 'View Decisions' to make a decision or view any you've already made.
Registrations: In this section, you can see the events you has registered to as a delegate and can view invoice or the registration. Anyone that has registered for an Oxford Abstracts account can register as a delegate for any event.
