Follow the link for reviewing/grading a submission in the email you received inviting you to become a reviewer.
Once logged in, your dashboard will show a list of the events for which you've been invited to be a reviewer in the 'Reviewing' section. For each event, you will see how many reviews you have been assigned and how many you have completed.
Clicking on 'Download Reviews' will create a .csv file containing information on all the abstracts assigned to you for review. *
To carry out a review, click on 'Go To Review'.
The Review table will be displayed.
To download all the Abstracts you have been assigned, click on the 'Download All Abstracts' button. This will download a Microsoft Word document containing all the submissions assigned to you for review.
Clicking 'Download Review Data' will download a .csv file containing information on all the abstracts assigned to you for review (as above*).
You can add additional columns to this view by clicking on the 'View Options' dropdown and toggling on/off all available columns. Those fields currently revealed will be highlighted in navy blue above the table.
You can order rows by clicking on the small arrows alongside the column headings, or filter by entering search terms in the fields at the head of the columns.
A tick signifies which of the reviews have been completed, in the pale green highlighted column to the left. Those yet to complete will have a dark green button. Click on any of these to review an abstract. The abstract will be on display at the same time as the reviewing form. Input data in the fields as requested. Questions marked by an asterisk are mandatory.
Click on the green button in the top right corner to save and move on to the next abstract to review.
To enter a Grade or Presentation Method, choose from the dropdown menu.
To note a 'Conflict of Interest', click the checkbox and to add notes to a review, enter in the 'Comments' field.
When you have completed all mandatory fields, the review will be marked as complete and save automatically. Note - you won't receive notification of a completed review and you can go back and amend your review at any point, subject to deadlines.
